"Dale "The Daily Wavester" Webster caught at least three waves every day for exactly forty years, one month and one day - 14,641 days straight! His Guinness Book of World Records streak will be impossible to surpass. A kidney stone surgery will keep him from the water for the first time since 1975. I live one town over from Dale and have surfed with him many times over the last 20 years. I wanted to do something to honor his achievement so we agreed to meet early in the morning each day for a week leading up to his streak ending session on Sunday October 4, 2015. This galley represents Dale's joy, sorrow, reflection, pride and stoke as shot during the final week of the streak.
